These are the before and after pictures of a flip house we rehabbed in Englewood, TN that we completed and sold in Jan 2021.

The project was full of challenges and problems to solve, not the least of which was remotely managing a rehab during Covid. But we prevailed and the house sold the day it was listed for more than the asking price. Follow-up with the new owners a few months later produced this comment from the owner:

“Everything is going good. Very happy with it! Had to have the septic pumped but other than that it’s been amazing! Couldn’t ask for a better place to call home!”

This was their first home, and we’re so happy that they are so pleased with it!
