On Sunday we toured our investment property, Bridgewater at Mt. Zion, with Clive Davis and 50 other investors and potential investors. We climbed about a bus and headed to Stockbridge, GA to see the property and all of the improvements that had been done since we bought it this spring. The improvements have been implemented according to plan, the complex looks great, and it looks like we’re on track to hit our target Average Annual Return of 20%! See a video clip of the tour here.
